Our ordering process is quick and easy, and is designed to ensure all of your custom needs are met. For all inquiries please email [email protected] or call (678) 446-2451. No project is too large or too small.
Timing depends on the scope of your project, but allow 8-14 weeks of turnaround time. To ensure you’re able to receive your products in a timely manner, contact us as soon as you can.
In order for us to get you an accurate shipping quote, please send over the full address of the final destination and specify if this is a commercial or residential building. Our standard shipping rates are DROP SHIP ONLY. However, there is an option to organize white glove service to ship and install your order for you.
For large commercial orders we will discuss what the best means on installations may be for you. Perhaps you have a big enough team to lend a helping hand, or alternatively we can look for a third party in your area to help set everything in place. Either way, we will get the job done!
Everything we do is made to order, which allows us to customize each piece to your individual needs. The customizable options we have include:

Please note that not one of our pieces is exactly the same. We utilize raw materials, giving each piece its own individual characteristic. We preserve all of the natural elements within the steel including slight rusting, giving our products a unique and powerful look. We take pride knowing our industrial furniture is the furthest away from being cookie cutter.
For any large order we will be more than happy to offer you a discounted price. We understand our clients tend to have a specific budget, so if you let us know this ahead of time we will do all we can to ensure this is achieved.
Client satisfaction is our number one priority and we will ensure that your order is more than you could have hoped for. However, custom orders are nonrefundable. We make sure all items that leave our workshop are in perfect condition, but if you notice a defect with the product please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to create a solution for the problem. If you’d like to return any products to our workshop, it will be done at your cost.
